I have never been so excited for January before, but this year I couldn't wait to take the tree down, undecorate, and just get on with the new year. Of course it all has to do with the fact that I am anxious for this baby to come. Christmas was nice, the kids had a fun time and we had a fairly good excuse for skipping a few family parties and staying home. It was nice to just relax and do nothing but eat and play Lego Star Wars, Norm's, I mean the kids new game. Amazingly I didn't gain any weight from all that eating. So life got back to the normal schedule when school started again. Most of the month has been spent finishing up all my little organizing projects and getting things ready for the baby. Haylee loves the baby clothes and just thinks everything is so cute. Aleeya has been a little more sensitive to the fact that I'm not feeling all that great and tries to take care of me. They are both sweet little girls who will have so much fun with a baby brother. We are excited to have a new addition to our family after almost 5 years. It will definitely change things as we aren't used to dealing with diapers or being up all night anymore. I'm just hoping that things go well and that maybe he decides to be born a week or so early, but at least sometime in the next 3 weeks or I may loose my mind.....
