I was induced on the morning of the 11th & Easton was born at 1:37 pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. & was 19 inches long. He had gotten some fluid in his lungs & had to spend a few hours in the nicu, but they got him suctioned out and breathing good really quickly. He's a tough little guy, he didn't cry a whole lot while they were poking him & sticking tubes in him. I was glad when they finally brought him to me & I got to hold him for the first time. He's absolutely perfect & so cute. We are so blessed to have him as part of our family. The girls are just in love with him & want to help with everything. We are glad to be home & I'm feeling pretty good, just enjoying our sweet little boy!
He is absolutely perfect. Congratulations! When I picked Aleeya up for school and asked her how the baby is, she had the biggest smile on her face! You have such cute kids! We have a blog as well so check it out if you want:)
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy for you! I bet it is a lot of fun to have a baby in the house after not having one for awhile. Has it been a difficult transition? I'm glad everything is going well.
